We connected from the first phone call.  She listened to our needs and worked with my family to help us find the right nursing facility.  My Mother is thriving, and we are happy that she is settled, and her Medicaid IS approved. We always felt that we were in the loop during the whole process.  They were easy to work with and kept us on task.
